i wonder if 2 12 will fit

 

whats your budget and how loud do you really want to go? How much room are you willing to sacrifice? I have a 13.5 JL audio W7 with the 1000/1 amp and it F...ing pounds... but then again I have a a 2.3 cubic foot custom box that takes up my center seat in the back of the X. I have heard that the shallow mount is pretty good too...

Thats the box I got.

Says 95-04. But it was to wide for my 04, but fits perfectly in my 97. Id measure your truck first. The box is exactly 47" wide.

I took the passenger side seat belt off to make it fit in the 04.

 

what about the 05 and up will this work or nooo

 

standard cab man, much room as needed

 

I got my sub box from supercrewsound.com. they make boxes for 1 or 2 subs for any model taco.

running 1 rockford fosgate 10" w/ a rockford 500W @ 2 ohm amp. it makes a s##$load of noise for a truck cab.

alot depends on what you want. Im into rich, full tone and medium punch. Clear sounding music...if you want to blow the windows out and bug the neighbors..you might want more.

also, this is a complete stealth install...everything hidden.

When I was in the shop for mine, the salesman told me that they were the best sounding shallow mount... although they are pretty expensive. Go and find and expensive audio shop to hear them.
