    The F 40/1k/8k Q stuff are your parametric equalizer adjustments. Watch this video to learn how to use it.

    You need to turn the HPF to ON. This will limit the low frequencies that are able to go to your front speakers. Start it at around 80Hz.

    i did that and didnt make a difference at all. why do they have that as a option when you have to turn it on???
