Okay so the locker replaces your carrier and spider gears. The stub shaft goes from passenger side spider gear to your add housing. Add collar connects stub shaft to the axleshaft axle shaft connects to passenger side cv shaft. So if your 100% positive the stub shaft is in there then your locker has to be wonky

Do you remember dealing with something like this???

I would think at this point though it doesn't matter because even moving the collar by hand he's got nothing

@TNT4X4 @V5ioV do you recall this part of the process? I wasn't paying attention because I was crying over the loss of my anti-sway bar

Ah gotcha. So with the collar engaged the wheels still don't spin if he rotates the driveshaft?

Isn't the collar supposed to be closer to the diff side, when 4WD is engaged? That's what it shows on the pic.

Yes. The pic of the collar looked correct but the actuator looked backward.

I did check the time when I put together the gears. I believe it's correct because (1) I was very careful and (2) it was idiot proof and would only go in one way.

Nah. It's definitely not idiot proof. I've put it back together with the gears off by one tooth and it definitely seems like it's works right but it's not. I spent a whole weekend fucking with that thing trying to get the correct timing of the gears.

If you took the black plastic cover off the actuator and pulled the plastic gears out, it's extremely annoying trying to figure out the correct mesh timing to get it to work correctly.

Take a look again @jowybyo before I change anything:

For reference/orientation, we are looking underneath the truck from the front towards the rear. PS is left side. DS is right side. Actuator wire harness/plug is on the left side and actuator is hanging by the wires. Front diff is on the right side of this pic.

    2H:
Actuator fork is on top in this pic. When actuator will be installed, the fork will be on the left side when the collar will be pushed all the way to the left (which is on the PS axle side.)
    IMG_1189.jpg

    4H:
Actuator fork is on the bottom on this pic. If this was installed matched with the collar, then it will be on the right, the DS (towards the diff)

OK. I'll take a closer look at it again. You may be right.
How would I know that it's off by one or two teeth?

You have to check the continuity at the correct pins to make sure it going where it's supposed to. See my post from yesterday.

He should be able to slide the collar to where the PS locks the stub and the intermediate, but he hasn't been able to see this, unless I missed it somewhere along the way?

The collar manually slides fully to either side: As I understand it, NOT engaged 2H (left side) and engaged (right side).

The Stub and intermediate does NOT lock when the collar is manually moved to the 4WD side (right side)
