    Yes, the first gen 3.4 SC looks like that. The second gen (black one) is much better though. The first one needed the front cone rebuilt often I believe.

    It still looks like the underside of the first gen sc to me.

    The bolt holes looks like where they should be on the stock plenum.

    For $400 that is a good price and you can get with the guys a High Speed Labs and have them rebuild it for you for around $300-$400 so for $800 you can have a some what new SC for your first gen. I have the same one not yet put on but will be soon. As far as being hard to be rebuilt from what I have read they are not that hard to be done if the person knows what they are doing.

    Well you would first want to make sure that all the hardware comes with it so you are not stuck trying to find that stuf. When I got mine it came with the URD 7th injector kit and from what I understand it is a good thing to have. Now for that kit it will cost you another 1K. There is a lot more to it than just bolting it on if you do it right.
