Supercross

If you are going to any of the Supercross races, Toyota will feed you if you show them a Toyota key. They have some nice lanyards too.

 

to bad there is no supercross in Hawaii....bummer, id be there every race

 

Barcia came out of nowhere! Wish I was there! Will be at the Denver one, hope Toyota still has the offer.

In the pit party the big Toyota booth usually have a “owners” box
When I visited the Denver one we got in by showing ins card saying Toyota vehicle since my key is aftermarket unbranded

 

Oh nice, first time going since I got my truck so I’ll have to check that out.

 

I’ll have to test this when it comes to San Diego.

Toyota has a big booth in the pits and there is an owners lounge with food and drinks. It was a cool thing to do. They also had a balance ramp with a Land Cruiser (IIRC) on it you could take a shot at and of course the new vehicles to look over. Honda also had a nice booth with CRF variations, side by sides, a bunch of race bikes including one of Johnny Campbel's Baja 1000 CRFs. Thay also had a track set up where you could take a Grom for a spin. Be advised... they frown on doing wheelies :-(.

They're back at Anaheim in a couple of weeks, Glendale isn't much of a hop. Parking was $30.00 though... yikes.

 

He sure did. It was a hell of a race! I liked how they recognized Chad Reed in his final season and they honored Roger De Coster for his lifetime achievement. My 29 YO son said, "Who the hell is Roger De Coster?" Sheeshs... He thinks motocross was started by Travis Pastrana.

 

Haha! He’s probably is wondering why this DeCoster guy was using two shocks on the rear instead of one I’m an ex local racer from Red Bud, got to meet Roger there once, super polite respectful guy, he even took some time to point out some lines on the track. Hope Chad finishes his career healthy. I’m looking forward to Denver SX, Hope it doesn’t snow like last year

 

Sorry that I never make it to the pit party. I take my daughter every year to Oakland. Guarantee you Barcia is one and done. Matter of fact I bet there is a different winner in almost every race. And where is Sheheen and Emig? I like Carmichael but he says "um" every fricken sentence!
