    Its good to have 4x because when its good its winter
    South shore breaks best during the summer, but theres a ton of options on the north shore in winter...go eat teds bakery off kam highway when your there...such good plate lunch, if your near diamond head go to mike’s huli huli chicken its fn amazing!

    But if you’re down south and want plate lunch you gotta go to Rainbows. If anyone is going to Oahu and needs food recommendations just let me know. Lived there for 5 years. Besides the surf and being able to trunk it year round, the thing I miss most is all the bomb food places

    Surf on north shore in the winter is nuts and dangerous. I have been pulled out a few times after board snapped and couldnt get back in. Not all North days are crazy but when a swell comes in it can be easily nasty and about 12-15ft. Diamond head is a great place and kewalos and Ala Moana are great during the summer months
