Ah ya. The newport area with the exception of the wedge looked pretty small this morning from the cams

Hope you score a few. You should be hitting a mid-tide, hopefully the winds stay calm. Still pretty big out

sorry I must be missing something, isn't Blackies just the north side of the pier, and the first "jetty" south of that would be the wedge:confused:

The last jetty is the wedge. I think? I don’t know how many are in between though, I don’t ever go to newps.

Just the wedge apparently. It’s the harbor jetty but still a jetty. Like I said I don’t know the Newport area well though, I stick to Huntington

Went to 6th in hb yesterday. The paddle out sucked. Felt like forever. But the left's were good. Choppy but fun.

My 9'4 Rubber Soul Noserider is still my go-to board. Have had so many different shapers boards from CJ Nelson to Almond, but this board is perfect for me.

Right side of pier is blackies, left side is just regular streets. Next pier over to the left is Balboa pier, then all the way at the end of the Peninsula is Wedge.
