What are you gonna do with the truck?

If you plan on doing any offroading - DO NOT get blocks. The torque load on the suspension during offroading can cause the blocks to break which can do some serious damage. I've seen it countless of times on the trails.

For offroading and an all-round good quality lift - I'd buy yourself a new set of leaf springs for 2" lift.

Do some research on exhaust. There's lots of options depending on what you're looking for. I have Flowmaster #17432 which is cat-back dual exit kit with a mild (no loud) sound. You can install it yourself.
