I am currently thinking of a 3 inch lift. for my '03 any suggestions???? so far I like revtek and tuff country... having trouble deciding

Next. I have put on fj cruiser rims... 17's they are the same offset but a 7.5 not a 7 width like my stocks. hope I don't need rear spacers... anybody have info????

    Thanks

2 inch spacer in the front, and homemade add a leaf in the rear, billet grille, bull bar
for lift go with revtec or Toytec. tuff country is over priced, for the rims, i have no idea

I think the FJC rims are 16" not 17" IIRC.

Perhaps they are 16's in the states but up here in canada they are definatlty 17's... unless of course toyota etches 17 in the back as a part of a major false advertising scheme... hmmmm. maybe I should look into that...or maybe I have a rare disease where I see 17's instead of 16's.(just playing) I only ask about the 17's because I was talking to a guy about a fabtech 6 inch and he was saying that there waould be a problem with the 17's in the back.

I am not sure about the rim size, but there are definately differences between the US models and Canadian models. I bought an 07 SR5 and it came with Bilstien shocks. These only come on TRD models in the US. By the way I just ordered the ToyTec 3"lift kit for my truck. I am trying to have it shipped to Point Roberts to beat some of the extra charges with shipping to Canada.
