    How is everyone?
I went to Kearny Mesa Toyota and mentioned the TSB.. They took my truck in at 3p.m. No questions asked no squirming,,, Nada. I was ready for a fight ya know.. After reading all the troubles some of you have had.
Anyhoo.. I received a call 9:30 this a.m. and they said it was ready..
The rep told me all they had done and did not mention front end alignment.. I asked if this had been done. Drum roll please...
Silence on the other end.. After a few moments she said she would get back to me. Twenty minutes later they called and said it would take another couple hours. 90 minutes go by and it is ready.. Everything looks ok. The new 4 leaf packs.. Sits a lil taller in the back... Drives like a truck. And they performed the alignment per the TSB..
I had them check my tranny as well.. I have the ole clunking goin from 2nd-3rd.. Was told "there is nothing to fix cuz it aint broke" Fine I says..
I didn't think they were going to say different... Not after reading all the troubles on this forum about driving the manual tranny.. but I gave it the ole college try. I have the extended warranty and if it craps out I shall deal with it then.. Besides I really didnt want to leave my truck with them any longer then I had to!

Gerry, did they realign your headlights up a little since the rear was lifted? Hmmm. Oh $hit probably not hah? I admit Kearny Mesa Toyota did mine as well. The only problem I had was with the mileage on my truck at the time the TSB was done. Im glad its to your liking.

I aked them 'bout the lights... They said "Huh?".. I guess if it isn't written down on that piece of paper it won't get done. The lights appear to have the same coverage as before.. Not an issue as far as my truck is concerned.

I would have thought the lights would be pointed lower cuz the ass-end is higher.
