Suspension TSB

This is for anybody that's in SC (specifically, the Midlands).

I took my truck in for the 10,000 mile service last week, and asked about the suspension TSB. The service tech just said he'd check on it. When they came to get me, he said that they'd found the TSB, and that they'd ordered the parts. Within 3 days, they were in, and were calling to schedule the work.

I go in this week to get work done, and so far, I couldn't be happier with the experience.

The dealer I went to was Jim Hudson on Broad River Road in Irmo. I'd heard some complaints from other Toyota dealers in the area about them not wanting to do this without at least some real backtalk. Just wanted to share my good (so far) experience.

 

Just an update...got the Suspension TSB done last Friday...couldn't be happier with the service and with the result. Very worthwhile if you can find the right dealer to do it.
