    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    You need more choices. Like yes or no.

    And you need to elaborate on your skill set/experience working space/tools and budget.

    Like most things automotive, the answer is yes, if............ (followed by contraints/conditions suggested above)

    Personally, I say go for it. Mate it to a 5 speed manual and add in a 2 speed rear end to make a total package.

    I mean if a v12 Jag motor fits in a Miata, why not a diesel in a Tacoma?

    Ok couldn’t find where i read R serious but on their website they have a Toyota pickup with a 2.8 and a A series tranny so im sure R series will work too
