1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels

Are you trying to switch to bucket seats? Or maintain the same seat config?

Theoretically 1995.5 through 2004 are all the same cab. The only real difference being if the truck has a regular bench seat, then the extra mounting points for the other seat options are either not there or just not punched-out. (Sort of the same either way)

Take a look under your seats and see if the 2 separate sections each have 4 mounting points. If so, then any bucket from the years I said before should bolt right in.

The front door panels should bolt right up. Unless you have manual windows\locks and are trying to convert to electric. In that case, they'll still mount up, but will require further research\work to update the new controls.

I have power windows and power locks but worried the connections to master switch might be different and would need a different wire harness
