Swing arm sugestion for 3inch lift ans feed back in winter condition

Hey I have a tacoma 2009 4x4 double cab I want to put a 3 inch suspension lift kit a went to put some swing arm but become of winter condition we have in quebec we got some serieus rust probleme on ore car so i will like some feed back on how your part reacte troue years

??????? you can't do swing arm unless you want to make a trophy truck. You can have a suspension lift, with suspension parts like coilovers, blocks, leaf pack.
