OK, I have some questions about how to mount my SP9100 panel.

Im considering mounting it near my cupholders. Why? So I can see them, and also rest my arm down near the shifter and have easy access to the switches. I hate having to reach up to activate any accessories. (old radar detector habit that died hard) Also this space can't really be used for anything else. I was thinking about getting the @MESO customs coin slot/bin holders that he designs for the MT tacoma and mounting the SP9100 to that, and drill a hole in the cup holder area for the wires to pass through.

Or, I could mount it with the cupholder trim removed and cut the cupholder trim to fit around the switch panel, which would make everything somewhat flush. The only thing is I don't know of a way to mount the panel in this location. I would need some kind of bracket or something to hold it down.

    Im open to any suggestions

Here are some pics of where I am considering mounting it:

I like this diagram. This makes the perspective alot better to understand on the installation of a Switch Pro 9100.

What power tray are you using?

I’m not sure I’d want to mount it there. I feel like its too in the way to get accidentally bumped and you’d end up with things getting turned off and on unintentionally. I’ve got mine mounted in a similar pace in my tundra and I’m not a huge fan.

I mounted mine overhead on on the vertical spot right by the sunroof in my tacoma. It’s super convenient since I just go straight up from the shifter.

I dont actually press buttons on it all that much, Usually I’m just relying on the trigger.

I shortened the piece coming from the battery and lengthened the piece leaving the fuse so it could be routed properly instead of a direct line straight to the SP, laying on top of the OEM fuse box etc

Does anybody know who makes a bracket/power tray that can mount the Switch Pro vertically, Blue Sea fuse box, terminal block, buss bar and an ARB twin air compressor all in one location behind/above the engine fuse box?

Probably a reason that product doesn't exist, I can't see how you could possibly stuff an arb twin in that area along with all those electrical items.

Good luck, there is absolutely no room for a arb twin in that area with all the electrical stuff.
