fogs are aftermarket and wired directly to the SP. The green wire from the fog relay will work for my intended purpose, it’s not powering the fogs I just needed the output 12v+ wire so I can tap it with the white wire from the SP harness.

Are you saying tap the green(+) to the fogs to pin 18 of the SP?:bananadead:

I want the white wire (trigger 2, #4 on the 16 pin plug) from the switch pros to trigger my fog lights when the switch on the stalk is turned on, hence why I wanted to know where the 12v output for the fog lights is at in the fuse box. I am not using factory wiring to power my fog lights, the SP is.

So you will be using the (+) of the relay going to the lamps as another trigger...ok.
You having the module turn other lights when fogs are on?

    FIGURED IT OUT!
The small ground from the plug was coming loose from the fitting I put on. It was under srink wrap so I couldn’t tell until I started pulling it apart.
    Thanks for the help everyone

How are you guys mounting the switch pro in the 2020s? All the available mounts say not compatible with 2020 or would need modification

The list is long but distinguished
Does the 2020 have a different switch panel than the other Gen 3's? Are there different OEM switches than the 2019? If so then this could be correct though it may be that websites have not been updated in a while. I bet the current offerings will work in the 2020 but they are covering their bases just incase.

This is how my switch panel looks like. Its identical besides losing the cubby and placement of switches.

I saw a switch panel from cali raised off road and the description read "*Requires modification of some OEM mounting tabs in use for 2020 models"

Are you trying to mount the module or the switch panel?

Wondering if I messed up here. I'm in the middle of installing my switch pros 9100 and was unable to properly remove the plug at one end of the switch panel harness to get it through my fire wall. My only choice was to carefully cut the cable and solder each wire and use shrink wrap and then carefully put all the shrouding back together and apply electrical tape. I may have made the wires 1/2 shorter in doing this. Do you forsee any issues with this? If so maybe I can buy a replacement cable with one end pre-removed as I am unable to do so.

    Thanks!!

The installation manual in bold letters says do not alter the length of switch panel harness is my worry. I won't know if it works until tomorrow when my ring terminals arrive from Amazon. I'm replacing an 8100 that fried.

You can buy a new cable from switch pro depinned for like $35.

I bought one after I had issues from depinning mine. I then sent my bad one back and they refurbished it and issued me a refund for the cable.

    their customer service is awesome.

Thanks the info! I'm going to buy a depinned cable as I don't want to risk damage and ruin my warranty.
