I have 4 switches currently consumed by lights... I’ve considered putting my fridge on a switch but I’ve just got that direct off the battery currently. I was going to mount a compressor but I’ve just been using a portable one and connecting it when i use it.

You guys rock, and I'm a dum dum. Defintely went out on lunch, and all the switch names had no problem staying in place once I utilized the 'next' key after inputting. :frusty:

Do you need to ground that black wire? I've seen a couple of other posts/videos that say you just need 12v (from switchpros) on the purple. Want to make this as simple as possible.

    EDIT:
So I checked with a MM and the black wire on the three-pin has continuity with the small black wire on the main power harness, which is tied to the battery ground. So I should be good to go only providing 12v to the purple wire.

Is there any specific brand that’s better than the others as far as add-a-fuse, weather proof connectors and wire taps?

Interested... The add a fuses I got from Amazon feel loose. They might be fine, but it's not super reassuring.

Anyone have a dual battery setup with a dual ARB compressor and switch pros setup? Got a pretty blank slate under my bed I’m developing.

I was wondering for those with newer head units, does the Spro app show up on the car play screen?

Hey all. Looking for a place a tap for a reverse trigger on drivers side kick panel. Have heard there is a yellow wire for reverse lights for trailer hook ups but can’t seem to find connector. Thanks!

On my second gen w/ two package I have a fuse under the hood for trailer lights. Obviously not the same truck but if you have a tow package you can check there and use a fuse tap.

There's also the pink (on 2nd gens) wire in the kick panel thats the trigger for your backup cam. Tap into that and it'll go hot when you have the truck in reverse.

Like in the square cubby where you can put in the coin holder? Or behind the cup holder on some sort of mount?

Like in the actual arm rest of the center console itself between the seats. I just feel like the 3rd gen they didn't leave any type of room for a mounting location were you can rest comfortably. So I haven't seen anyone do it on the forums which I could be totally wrong. But i'm gonna try this weekend take it apart and see 1 if its doable and 2 how hard its going to be to do so I'll defiantly keep updating this forum !

Not sure if this got answered, but if you set up the white wire as a trigger it no longer performs the panel dimming function. When the white wire is configured as a trigger input, the blue ignition wire is used for the panel dimming so the panel will always be at the user defined level whenever the blue wire senses the ignition is on.

Interesting. That might actually be nice, it's so bright anyway. Doesn't seem like that much to give up.

I really wish this thing had 8 trigger inputs to be honest.
