Anyone still looking for a custom left switch panel that doesn't want a home print quality and doesn't want to wait. Shoot us a DM; I'll hook you up with one of equal or nicer quality. My company Guild Outfitters is just a couple weeks away from a soft launch in August and a Grand Opening in September; and I want to offer our first few customers some stupid discounts to try things out and share your honest feedback with us. I used to work in R&D sourcing and strategy for a major OEM and decided to merge my hobby and my additive manufacturing experience to bring some new options to the market. We have 20 products design froze and ready for the soft open. The Switch Pro stuff is almost ready so I would love to help a fellow Tacoma owner out and get some real feedback before we freeze that design for production too.

Thanks David, you've got some pretty cool side hustle parts yourself. Nothing we're directly competing with that we have either designed or will be purchasing, but they might complement some of the things coming first and in our idea hopper. I won't lie until the store soft launches I'm trying to stay pretty close to the chest with photos. I think that's the OEM car show unveil mantra still ingrained in me, but I'm also really excited to start selling stuff & talking about it! Such a catch-22 these next couple weeks! Like any small business we are going to start off with a modest selection, but I can't stop taking mine and friend's trucks apart doing a red-pen engineering drafts and then tossing it in the hopper for when we can afford to do them right. Hope we don't let your anticipation down :) the one thing I can share is we will have very fast production times for 3D print parts. I've got several partners so we won't be bottlenecked if we print 1 or 1,000 it will still take just 1-3 weeks to get product out based on your shipping selection chose. Right now I've got 5 day turnaround access to 6 figure 3D printers.

I got a $40 ebay deutsch crimper instead of the $200 certified one. For de-pinning, just small screwdrivers and a good pair of needlenose works well.

You can go stamped instead of solid but for $40 I really like the solid ones, they crimp really nice.

Just trying to learn more. What are using the plugs for below the busbar?

I'm completely overcomplicating my install. The plugs are Deutsch DT connectors, which are actually only rated to 13 amps so they aren't ideal for this use. V2 I'll figure out how to make some flanged DTP connectors which are rated to 25 amps.

The bus bar is for grounding, the negative from each DT will be connected to it. The positive from each DT will be connected to the switch pros.

Oh ok gotcha. I just used a terminal block to connect the positive and switch pro. So I'm assuming you're only running the positive to the connector then. What's the advantage? Just a better connection than a ring terminal?

Pretty happy with how the switch holder came out other than a few issues visible from where I removed supports.

Extra plug here, inverter or rear power window?

Also, props to the designer who built in plug recepticles to hold the unused one in place.

IIRC, inverter is an 8 pack with 5 pinned. Looks like a match. I’ll check my phone photos.

    99% on inverter.

So for those of us with the better transmission...err mean manual transmission, what mounting plate are you using for the engine bay?
