I've been reading threads upon threads on this and hoping someone can help me. I only want to use add a fuses under the dash inside the cab.

What did you use for ignition? And what did you use for back lighting? I'm hoping to avoid using taps on the wires and would also like to avoid using the fuse panel in the engine bay please help.

Sorry for the delay but I finally got around to my install last week. It wasn’t super difficult, but with my skill level I did find it time consuming. Thanks to @AY_ARONTRD and @daveeasa for all of your help!

    IMG_1124.jpg
    IMG_1736.HEIC.jpg

@AY_ARONTRD made a really nice bracket, which I surprisingly had a little difficulty mounting (no fault of his), the lack of space, angle, and fact that i don't have any hex sockets made it tough, i think if I wasn’t using an allen key or if it was just normal bolts this part probably would have been a non factor.

Next going through the fire wall was slow but doable with 2 people, we ran a stiff wire first and then attached and fished through the control wire. I ran the pink and white trigger wires off of a T-harness from the headlight made by Dave, and did a fuse tap for the blue.

    IMG_1418 2.HEIC.jpg IMG_1420.HEIC.jpg
I also ran the red and white wires off off dave's harness which are for the the DRLs on the MESO turn signals that I haven't installed yet.

I ended up installing the controller in the left cubby panel and got a MESO custom piece to fit it into, this involved some cutting but wasn’t too bad, also everything fit a little too tightly, but works.

    IMG_1730.HEIC.jpg

The next issue was that I couldn’t fit all the switches plus the SP control so decided to relocate the traction control switch to the overhead panel (In hindsight I wouldn’t do this again) and install a MESO 3 switch mount. This was by far the worst part, not only did i have to run wiring under the KTJO not so OEM drivers side handle but it also involved a lot of cutting. Despite trying to be very carfull and taping everything I ultimately ended up doing some minor cosmetic damage to the panel, not getting a good fit and getting really frustrated. But that's all part of the adventure I guess...
    IMG_1728.HEIC.jpg IMG_1731.HEIC.jpg
It doesn't look as bad in really life, but I would have avoid this step if I got a do over.

After everything was done all the switches worked but I couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect, Aaron told me to disconnect and reconnect the switchpros control wire. I did that and now everything works great. I forgot to put the labeled heat shrinks that Aaron provided me with on, so I will add those later as well as adjusting the bracket upward. Beside the few hiccups I ran into I am very happy with the finished product.

Stu might be able to tell you if some of his sellers have any in stock. I purchased direct from him earlier in the year. He will do batches from time to time. Just sign up for stock updates for that item and you'll receive an email when the orders open up.

Also, without quoting you twice, if you're still looking for hood struts that are compatible with the Power Trays spacers, Redline Tuning is the company. I have the max lift hood struts and have no clearance issues with my power tray and the spacers they sell.

    Fellas,

Hoping you good folks can help me with this one. I would like my roof rack lights (BD rock lights) and rock lights (KC) to come on when I open or unlock the doors but ideally still remain wired though my switch pro? Can that be done? If so, how would I go about it?

Hope you had a good holiday and have a happy New Year!

    Thank you,

    Nathan

Do you have the trigger wires on your switch pro hooked up to anything already?

Is it possible to run the igintion wire to a constant on 12v source and use a in line toggle switch to power on and off the switch pro? Reason is iwill be possibly installing a switch pro in the cubby of the bed and want to be able to power the switch pro on and off when the truck us off.

Please forgive me if it was mentioned earlier innthis thread but with so many pages I may have missed it.

If the idea is to have the SP power certain things on battery, it has that function without having to wire the ignition source to a constant 12V. All you need to do is program which buttons you want to function on battery.

You can also use your phone too, via bluetooth, to switch circuits on and off.

Just posting up my pics, this thread really helped, thanks all that contributed. Now I want my 10 hours of my life back. It sucked…….. I ended up wiring my Raptor, LP9 DRL and Morimoto DRL to switch 1 and have it set to auto turn on with start up………8F9CB2EA-CC6C-4BA3-A081-ED0301C97AF7.jpgF790A15F-7D7A-4769-BF74-1A0F675A19C3.jpg 03630F9B-5E33-4EBD-B691-A65D0207E970.jpg20F2B26F-AB5F-486D-AEA3-63D1B479BCA4.jpg

Looks great man. I'm in the same boat as you, truck came with too many switches there. Planning on moving the ECT or Auto High Beams to the one blank switch that I have in the center, but I don't see the same MESO custom panel on his site to accommodate an extra switch next to the switch pros. Did you reach out directly for a truly custom panel or did he used to offer that previously?

I have the same one. It’s custom order. You can get it with the SwitchPros on the left or the right side with either a large or small switch next to it.

Yes it was one of MESOs custom panels. This is how it looked in my cart: 376A6A27-A3A2-4D44-9B1A-E08075A2C730.jpg

You can DM us for a custom panel. Now that some of our inventory is down, we’re ready to start doing some 1 pc custom panels. Would be happy to jump in, just clarify switch pro top, how many short total. Needed and if you have the bed light toggle. I’ll have our CAD guy mock it up.

or check out our in stock modular system parts. Using a “Left Base Panel” & a “modular insert for switch pro” paired together. In stock pieces are all dark charcoal to match the dash and ship within 24 hours as they are pre-printed.

CaliRaised has this one in stock. I ordered that last week and got it in about 4 days. Expedition Essentials also sells the one that goes in the overhead sunglasses area as well……I bought both and going to see which one I like.
