I've been having random problems the last couple of days. I hooked up everything minus the aux trigger (pink wire?). Everything has been installed for almost a year without a problem. Yesterday the ditch lights (switch 2) randomly turned on. Tonight they turned on with the strobe function. It's been almost 24hr since I drove the truck. I had to disconnect the battery to get things to shut off. I plan on checking the connections in the morning but if anyone has other suggestions they're much appreciated.

I could not find specific instructions about password reset solutions on this string so here we go. My install went perfectly and everything is working as it should on the Switch-Pros as far as on/off operation of buttons and accessories. I went to use the app on my iPhone and got into issues where it wouldn't recognize the password I had just set minutes earlier. After an hour or two of Googling I still found nothing that worked. Emailed Switch-Pros late Sunday night, got an email back at 7:56am Monday morning to call them so they could talk me through the procedure live, talked to someone right away, and the procedure is straightforward (and would be nice to have in the manual). The SP-9100 password reset procedure is:
    1) Get a buddy.
    2) Unplug 4-pin connector in engine bay at power module.
    3) Buddy holds down the 3 lower left switches all at the same time. This is switches 2, 4 and 6 in the diagram.
    4) Buddy continues to hold the switches down while you reconnect the 4-pin connector in engine bay at power module.
    5) Use a clock to hold down the buttons for 30 seconds after the reconnect. There will not be any lights or beeps to say it's reset... but this will reset the module so it has no password.
    6) Let go of buttons. Breathe sigh of relief.

Then, be very careful to watch every keystroke when setting a password and that autofill doesn't do something weird. Hope this helps.

That’s what started to happen to mine before it stopped working. Stuff would randomly turn on and off… which is pretty shitty blasting people at night with a bright light and have zero ability to turn it off in that moment. I contacted the company for a replacement and got the run around. I hope you have more luck.

anyone know if it’s possible to have a circuit configured with a timer so it auto shuts off at x minutes? Probably RTFM, yeah?

Flip to programming step #13. You can program delay shut-off by up to 5hrs.

I’m sure it’s been answered before but when you install the switch pro it wants you to attach the ignition wire so that there’s not a battery drain but what if you do want to be able to access the lights when you’re say sleeping in the camper and you want to kick on some lights via the Bluetooth. Anybody run into this?
    — Was thinking maybe routing power to the camper with a toggle switch allowing me to toggle power on and off would be an option?

On page 8 of the SP-9100 manual the Auto Sleep Setting explains how you can still do Bluetooth stuff for up to 8 hrs after the vehicle is shut off before the system actually goes to sleep. If the 8 hour time limit is going to be any issue, then camper lights like that would be better off being wired separately from the Switch Pros. If you only want them on/off from the camper anyway, the Switch Pros keypad in the cab of the truck could sort of be a waste of a button. I have an interior light in my canopy and wired it separately on a pushbutton for similar reasons.

Alright all installed finally.. BUTT.. it won’t trigger any lights and the ditch lights comes up as having a short? They just worked an hour ago when they were on the toggle switch..:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

unplug the wires from the lights, and take the wires off the switchpros and hit them with a multimeter. If you are using a bus bar it should be easy to do. If not, unplug the big harness from the module and check at the pins inside the plug. If they don't show continuity to chassis ground or between the wires themselves, then start troubleshooting your wiring for the switchpros module and go from there. once you've eliminated all of the wiring then reach out to switchpros and let them know all of the troubleshooting you've done, and that you believe you have a faulty module.

I apologize if this is already known, but wanted to share with the community. Was installing the Meso panel in my 22 Pro and there's some tabs behind the OEM panel that were in the way of the upper right switch spot. I had to Dremel some of it away to get the Meso panel to click in.

I actually just installed the Switch Pro this past week. Working perfectly. Only issue was installing the SDHQ mount inside the cab. Was really tight. But overall with the Power Tray it was easy. Hooked up some Ditch Lights yesterday and love it.

Spent some time yesterday and today to get my setup installed. I have had everything ready to go for a while now but took my time getting it installed. No accessories connected yet, those will come soon.

Thanks to everyone in this thread and on the forums. Read through this thread and others before getting started.

The switch panel installed in the dash with a Meso custom panel.

    PXL_20220820_232747333.MP.jpg

The power module installed under the hood on a Power Trays mount with Blue Sea terminal block, fuse block, and bus bar.

    PXL_20220820_183422463.MP.jpg

The setup is run to my aux battery on the passenger side in an Off Grid Engineering battery bracket.

Ran into a weird new issue and not sure if anyone else has had this happen

things will occasionally turn on at random but buttons are usually in operable. Pulled up the app and seeing voltage and temperature reading are way off

    6130ED32-7CD2-4E26-BA1D-D4D06584E9B1.jpg

Disconnected devices / power / etc and made no diff. Have reseated connections, checked wiring and haven’t found anything that seems problematic. It has been installed a little over 2 years with no problems.

Maybe the controller bit the dust? It’s the only thing I can think of. Gonna reach out to switch pros as well and see what they say.

I thought I saw 1 or 2 others say something the same. Not sure of the outcome. Hope it's something simple.

I had a similar problem. Things would randomly turn on and the first two switches would work sporadically. I called Switch Pros and they were super helpful. Had to check a few more things like whether the controller was grounded. Nothing fixed the problem and ended up sending it in. I got it back on Saturday and not sure if they fixed the issue or just sent me a new control module, it looks new. They never asked for payment either so I'd assume it was covered under warranty and they replaced it.

Edit: Have a multimeter ready when you call them.
