    i have a button switch under the dash of my tacoma 08 2x4 base i moved the button a few times and it didn't do anything i ask the dealership what it was for and they said it didn't apply to my tacoma wondering if it don't apply to the truck why is it installed any answers is greatly appreciated THANKS.

    Sounds like the TPMS tire sensor reset switch. Thats what is on my 2006 TRD Sport.

    Ejection seat arming switch.



    Don't press it at speeds above 60mph.

    ^ X2. It's only an arming switch though. You have to pull on the A-pillar "oh shit" handle to activate the ejection.

    They really should have put a yellow tape wrap on that.
