Awesome. And right after I asked too. Already better customer service than a lot of companies. Headed there now. Thanks.

That 12 Deutsch connector proved overkill (too bulky & wire gage too thick). I scaled down to a 18AWG connector which will address the 9 switch panel in the console.

Now I'm looking at how to tie the wires from the 9 switch panel into my existing setup and my previous use of quick disconnects is not going to scale. What was a modest tangle of wires that was only embarrassing would become downright humiliating.

The challenge is that I now have wires from switches in three locations:
    1: OEM switch panel

    2: truck bed

    3: proposed 9-switch panel.

And I have wires going to relays located in the
    1: engine bay
    [IMG]
    2: taillights.

In summary: I have inputs and outputs going to four locations.

I'm realizing that I need a central circuit board to route signals to all of these locations correctly. I just need to design a PCB circuit with the appropriate connectors and put it in a project box which I can print using my 3D printer.

The circuit board would connect the various switches to their lights allowing for independent operation each light from the 9-switch panel and combined operation of lights from the OEM panel using appropriate diodes.

What I need are PCB panel mount connectors that I can use to tie everything together in a compact location.

I've started researching JST connectors, Molex, Deutsche, etc...

    I'm lost...

I need automotive grade locking connectors (12 pin, 8 pin, 6 pin, and 4 pin) that I can attach firmly to a project box. Then I can change all of the quick connects to 4 plugs (one for each wire harness destination) that connect to a single box that does all of the electrical routing.

I'm no longer lost. After too much research on connectors I realized these wires should simply be spliced and placed in protective sheathing. Problem solved...

I got the 9-switch panel installed today.

Cut hole in console for the wires:

    Wired up the switches

    I used this connector.

If I had dreamed up this 9-switch panel eight months ago, I would not have bothered with the dash mounted switches. But since I had already spent the time and money on the dash mounted switches, I figured I should integrate them with the new 9-switch panel.

Now the LED Light Bar switch in the dash controls the LED Light Bar in the front bumper and both cornering lights. And the sight lights switch controls both side lights on the A-pillars and truck cap.

Here's a video of the 9-switch panel in action. As I press each dash switch:
    Front lights
    Side lights
    Rock lights
    Reverse lights

Each switch indicates the light (or set of lights) that have been powered on.

Here's another demo I did in the Sonora Desert:

Each switch position corresponds to the geometric position of the light

Top center: Front LED light bar
Top corners: Left and right cornering lights on the bumper
Sides: Left and right side lights on the A Pillar
Rear corners: Left and right side lights on the ARE cap
Rear center: reverse light in bumper
    Center: Rock lights
