Lowered 3/4, debadged, led tails, projector headlights with hids, billet grill, blacked out windows, painted front and rear bumper and grill shell. Inside, 4 crappy 15's, suede wrapped headliner and door panel inserts, alpine double din, few painted pieces inside, and every led is either blue or white.
Finished glassing the box today, there are 8-12 layers. I just need to glass the inside corners where the fabric and wood meets, glass in the dowel's, do the body work, paint it, and build the trim panel and wrap that.

How many more layers are you doing? When are you going to paint. I can't wait to see it up and running.

I'm done adding layers. There are mostly 8 layers but some areas have more and in some places there are as many as 12 layers. I'm hoping to paint it early next week. I need to do the body work and get it looking really smooth which will take some time.

I'm a car audio installer by trade and as far as your first glassing project it looks great man! You are right though, the folds in the fleece are gonna cause some problems but not "scrap the project" type problems, just a lot more work for you...live and learn though. Don't listen to devl, the body filler on MDF comment dismissed him knowing anything about it. Good luck with ALL of the sanding you have ahead of you:D and make sure your wear a respirator, got some colleagues with bad lungs!

Well thanks man, I first started to read your comment and thought "great, someone else is going to give me crap" haha. The areas where it was folded over aren't too bad, it will need some love and a good amount of filler as well as some sanding time. But I will be using duraglass for strength and as little filler as possible. Also I will be trying to sand the filler during the green stage to try and make it easier for myself.

My lungs are already bad enough haha, so I'm set there

Awesome dude!! Its coming along great! And this may be stupid but is the fabric that you had to stretch is it actually red? Or did you have to dye it in something? Cause in the pictures it looks all wet, didn't know if that was dye or something else?

yea it is actually red. And it is ponte btw. Some nice stuff, I like it a lot better than fleece. And it looks wet because when I took the pics I already put a layer of resin on to wet out the fabric.

haha yea, it should do a number on the truck. The roof is deadned with peel and seel and great stuff. I don't care what anyone says but that stuff works, made a huge difference

I got the glass all trimmed up, put some duraglass around the rings and also on the inside between the mdf and ponte. Also I got the vertical dowel's glassed in.
