    I got the port glassed in and also the dowel's all glassed up. I finished making all the rings and bonded them together with liquid nails.

    I tried using the router around the edges of the box with no guide and that came out pretty horrible

    Bahahahaha. OP, I hope you will actually accomplish this because it's all but impossible in your little 4 banger taco. A 30,000 watt system would draw over 3000 amps from your electrical system. Where would you get this power from? Your puny 80 amp alternator won't cut it. Not to mention the airspace your box would need for all the subs. You better do more research before you spout all these huge ideas that make little to no sense.
