I agree, I'm not a huge fan of the roof baskets that sit on top of the factory rails. They cause wind noise, loss of MPG and look clunky. I might get one eventually just to use for trips when I need the space but I wouldn't rock it daily.

It's like I'm telling these SoCal guys to defuse a bomb with a toothbrush and a pencil sharpener, it isn't that hard

Haha I saw the initial email and was cracking up that he mentioned t4r, drew and me. Eric is even further north and no way is he driving down south. I would be down pendin the place and it's a weekend trip but deep SoCal is not worth it since I could head up to the Sierras quicker.

Exactly. Gabe and Brian come in and start suggesting places that are further south then I am. Then Brian asks why you and SantaCruz are on the list, take a hint buddy. These guys are killing me. I find out where I'm going to college in exactly a month... we'll see how far away I end up.

Yup I saw that and figured I was out. I'd be down for a weekend trip once I get the maintenance squared away. What schools you apply to?

Well Erics out then...haha I don't think anyone has gotten random ass on a TW or t4r nor cal trip.

Nice, I'm a SLO graduate. Amazing school, community and college life. You would love it there and there is a good amount to do around SLO. I recommend it to anyone I know that is picking out schools since it really is a fun place to live and the school is one of the best in the nation.

UCSB is a great school as well and the college life there is a lot of fun, but can be dangerous depending on the person. I almost went there, but decided on SLO.

UCDavis is a great school and the town is fun. It's pretty up there and wheeling/snowboarding is pretty close.

I've always wanted to move to Colorado, but I have no clue how Boulder is besides being know as a party school.

Good luck with your acceptance. What are you majoring in?
