Taco 16-17 rear bumper work (looking for team work)

Off the dealer floor my rear bumper is misaligned and looking for somebody with the same issue to work on it. 2 is better than 1 and could learn and help each other.
Need to remove the top black plastic cover and redo the screws to the caps and hitch. PIA is removing the license plate lights and backup sensors.

 

is it really your bumper or is it the bed? I have seen quite a few posts about misaligned beds from the factory. I would let the dealer fix it so they can deal with the mistake made in manufacturing.

 

Bumper caps. Have checked all other and the caps are off. Also if you remove the bottom 2 screws that hold the caps holders, the holes are not in the center, hence the cap holders are not installed the right way.
