I was wondering if there are other Taco anglers into tagging their catch as I am. I have found it very rewarding to receive a returned tag and the info; location of recaught fish, elapsed time between catches and growth.

That is rather ambitious. It would be cool to gather some data like that though.

Think about how many undersized fish you catch and release, it's nice to put a tag in them and hope to hear it was recaught.

Do you target any migratory species, in rivers or ocean going fish?

Yes I fish for striper in the California delta. I keep the limit size fish and release the rest.

What is the size limit in California Delta on Stripers? It is 28" in New Jersey.
