Taco Seats

I have 4 kids and the Taco only seats 5, so with my wife included, someone has to stay home. Is there anyone who has installed a bench seat in the 4 dr model Taco so you can seat 6?

I wanted the truck, not the SUV. And the Taco gets good V6 gas mileage, the Sequoia V8 bad. How many kids u have? Someone needs to take care of me in my old age.....

 

Never heard of that but anything can be done, just depends on how much time, effort, and money you're willing to put forth.

So how do you choose who stays home? Flip a coin? "Sorry Tommy, you'll be staying home today while we go to Disneyland."

Did any of the 05+ years tacoma come with a bench seat?

If so..... that's probably what you wanna look for as it's probably the closest match to the floorboards & mounting locations (just a guess).

Search the junkyards for 'em...

Then you'll have issues with the center console & shifter area....

 

Leave the wife at home. . My wife has a sequoia. Gas isnt that bad. Better than most suvs.
