    That thing looks smoking. If Toyota used that front end on the new Tacos (still not so sure about the new motor either), I would probably be working my wife over for a few months with propaganda, until she finally wore down.

    Even the earlier colorados had high rear ends, the new one is more exaggerated. They do it to give best in class bed volume, which is great for something like hauling mulch (work). The Tacomas have shallow beds, which is much better for visibility (off road).

    That's looks exactly like a new 4Runner TRD Pro front end. The hood scoop as well.

    That's what I like about it. It took me a little while to get used to the new nose on the 4Runner, but I'm into it now.

    Yes. I feel the same way about this front end on a new Tacoma. Maybe if we plaster this all over the interwebs one of the higher ups at Toyota will see and say "that is a good idea. Hmmmm"

    The 2nd gen. nose looked almost identical to the older 4 Runners. I kind of expected them to continue the trend.
