Do you have the ability to dummy the transmission down to eliminate the learn, and the more complex features?
I just want it to shift like a 5 speed auto without the extra bells and whistles .

What's going on in here? Anyone with a tune have a status report?

Maybe I should start another thread about it.

Mines in the mail, arriving any day. It will either have my tune loaded, or able for me to clear it to send back for a refund. I'm not sure which. It's been challenging to get info on this.

Well if you need a hand figuring it out once you get it, let me know. I'm a hop skip and a 405/I-5 jump away.

8 months ago when I first started questioning ovtune on what parameters this tuner could take care of I was told by Matt the owner that he could indeed remove the speed limiter, lean out the tune before shift points where it goes very rich and get rid of the CEL I have from installing long tube headers.

2 months ago, after purchasing the tuner in November and waiting 4 months for it to actually be able to work, I was told by Matt in an email (2 emails actually) that because those items still were not functional on my tuner he would send them over that day. Not my words, his words. Then when I didn't see that happen he ripped me for expecting a custom tune, after he sold me on the promise it would do those very items and then gave me an exact timeline he would have those items done.

8 weeks later I still have not seen the very items I bought the tuner for, solved. At least 4 emails to Matt since March 19 with not even the courtesy of a reply, though he touts that emailing him is the ticket for a response.

So Matt @OVTune...what does it really take to get the product I purchased to do what you promised me it would? I've been pretty patient waiting on this, but that patience is about to go south. How about taking care of business the way it should be? And please don't start the nonsense about offering to refund my $. Just solve the issue you have promised to solve.
