The sensor is right where that light bar is... can't see how that's going to work for you. It will work with a 2016 like mine, but if you have TSS, not so much. Maybe you have relocate the sensor.

Hey guys. Little update: very easy grill to install and got the tss to work perfectly (that I know of) lol. The cruise control works perfect with braking and it has signaled braking. You can see in my pic above the light bar the tss sensor. I just used original bolts and I absolutely love this grill. Lmk. If anyone has any questions. I wired light bar into fog lights so it could be turned off for inspections. But I can run it whenever I want it

Technically the sensor is center mass stock. It’s behind the Toyota emblem. It gets relocated with the Pro grille down lower so it may work. Acccording to the OP it’s working now which is a good sign.

I need bifocals. I read your thread title and swear it said “Tacoma grill with tits”.

Do you have a close up picture of the TSS installed? It seems like you don't have a cover to protect the TSS from road debris, water etc. I have an OEM TRD Pro grille yet to be installed but was thinking on an aftermarket that does requires a TSS but is not built with one.
Here is the aftermarket grille im talking about.

Yep, as mentioned, no tss on the 2017. My wife had a 300C with that auto speed adjust tech, probably not as up to date. Anyways I didn't really care for it as it worked on that particulal vehicle. It worked pretty good until Ya hit a swarm of bees etc.

I love this grills in the shade but a little easy to see through in the sun. I was thinking of installing some honeycomb behind it?

BAMF grill is my favorite too but having 2019 OR holds me back due to possible TSS problem. Hoping BAMF to offer this grill with TSS update.
