For anyone wanting to know about the components to build a goose gear type setup:
80/20 has lots of options and will send out their thick print catalog for free.
    https://www.8020.net/

Goose Gear uses the 20/20 extrusion.

You can also find non-namebrand offering on Amazon but be warned some of the accessories like plastic endcaps and such may not fit another brand (should but found they didn't). The T-slot nuts and such should all work fine.

I went the next size up on rims and tires from factory size. Had to get spacers, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs, Bilstein 5100 series shocks, Marlin Crawler clutch.
Look into Old Man Emu Dakkar leafsprings. I have them on my 95 taco. I love them. 6 leafs each side.

Hey man. I just stumbled onto this thread from my old Tacoma days (I’ve owned two and loved them dearly). I own a Ram now with a Habitat but I got a few pics of how it’s set up because I know that other people have set up thier Tacoma/Habitats very similar to this but to scale of coarse. If you have any questions let me know, because every now and then I check back over here on TW because I love Tacoma’s, and my brother and my best friend have them.

You are correct. Yup, I like their cold brew. I’ve seen your rig around, it looks awesome! Yup, full size is great a lot of the time. And, there are definitely times when it isn’t quite as great. It’s all part of that great comprise I suppose. Next time I see ya around I’ll try to say hello and check out your rig. As I’ve said...... I love me some Tacoma’s!

Does anyone own a habitat setup near Washington DC? Wanna get into one and see the sizing and if it’ll fit my truck. Can’t find a vendor anywhere near me.

I’ve been working on interior for a while. Couldn’t justify goose gear price tag as much as I wanted it. If anyone is interested I have left over items from the project. I got seven meter long 3030 extrusions still wrapped in plastic and misc items for the build hinges corner reinformenets etc also have 3x5 marine grade plywood I can let sell for a reasonable price. 10C67DBB-168B-41ED-8727-4A1B498F5F1E.jpg8C54C37F-A57E-4FEE-8A0C-D90E9FA36EA5.jpgBF76CB04-E493-43BB-BBEE-0ACA7D30F216.jpg8C166207-3DD5-4FDC-97BF-F394A2360496.jpg43520F7C-A255-40BA-A03C-71EB798256A6.jpg9F7DE806-E2DB-4004-82DB-BD8218F9BFFF.jpg

Added a new hatch to the passenger side Another Tern Overland hatch 300 by 300 this time to store dry clothes during showers, keep TP handy for the bathroom, and to provide access to the back corner area of the habitat

Also finally remembered to take a pic of the full panel I use on the habitat.

Also got in a Roam adventure case 95L and mounted it to the Prinsu Rack.
