Just got my ordered in this morning. Can't wait to see how much harder I can push the suspension with these. If I didn't all ready spend a small fortune on the rear icon rxt shocks I'd be doing the relocate.

TC Mid Travel +2, TC SUA, king shocks, Swamp Donkey/Rigid lighting, Mechman alt, SOS/Boztek armor, ATH Fab tiedown, full active JL/Audiofrog sound system, NOICO sound deadening EVERYWHERE. Up next: roof/bed rack + dry storage, skids, bumpers, fiberglass, power wire upgrade + frame grounds, LTO battery swap, air compressor, on board pressurized water, powered cooler, suspension seats, frame reinforcement, solid motor/trans mounts.
So I’ve been pretty disappointed with my recently installed Total Chaos SUA kit. I’m running a Deaver hd pack with a spring removed. The truck handles large obstacles well but any small bump will have the rear swapping from side to side weight in the bed or not. I’ve been on every end of the spectrum on my dual tube king bypasses and can’t really find a sweet spot. Would these work with the TC SUA kit? I like all the added goodies like more heavy duty, bracing, etc. compared to stock and would like to try this before I rebuild the rear again with a full DMZ kit.

Sorry I missed your comment, this is what I can help with.
I did the SUA on my truck to. Best would be to have a phone conversation so I can hear your setup, and tell you how to improve it.
But the reality is going back to SOA is likely the best way. Ill start a conversation

Heads up, All Dogs leaf packs have very narrow bushings, now confirmed by 2 Archive customers. Stock bushings are 2.875" and Archive parts are sized properly
(All Pro springs have this issues as well)
Please beware of the products that are not designed correctly and take it back to those who created the issue, give them a chance to fix it and make it better

This question might be asked before.

Do I need to cut my exhaust to install Hammer Hanger? Also I have Dakar and Kings rear adjustable shocks for Tundra installed in the rear, do you guys think it will be ok? I don’t have plans to change the rear shocks because it was installed less than a year. Please advise. Thank you.

It’s a possibility. It all depends if your leafs will hit it while they’re drooped out. It’s pretty build specific so just wait and see if it hits before chopping.

You shouldn't have to, especially with current Version 3, Hh have more clearance to the tailpipe. It won't hurt for the spring to temporarily touch the tailpipe during droop

For those who do cut the tailpipe
THE OUTLET SHOULD BE BELOW THE BUMPER, AND NOT POINTING AT OR IN FRONT OF HANGERS OR CROSS TUBE.
HOT EXHAUST GASES FLOW STRAIGHT HORIZONTAL FROM THE OUTLET AT SPEED

Several people have melted poly bushings because exhaust was aimed at hangers.
Here's a pic from a shop that replaced melted bushings and fixed an exhaust last week

Do I need extended brake lines with the hammer hangers or is that only needed when I go with a shock relocation (longer shocks)?

Really depends on your shocks, if they are same as stock, don't need them yet, but pretty much everyone does them

Thank you for answering my question, I’m glad I don’t have to cut my exhaust at this time and hopefully not because I just installed it. Ordered it last night and hoping it will arrive before Christmas. #R723222118.

In all honesty, putting in longer brake lines has no down side in my opinion. Better to have more than enough then not enough and risk damage to the brake lines or risk losing brakes all together.

I would call Crown Performance and get some +5 or +6. I have +4 and they weren't quite long enough once I did a relocate. I ended up putting a 1" spacer between the brake line bracket and the axle and it worked well enough but the proper length from the get-go would be better.
