Decided to replace bushings on oem shackle with ome bushings that came with my Dakars. What a mistake. Got stock bushings out but can’t get ome bushings even close to seat. Anyone have any ideas? Tempted to just buy new shackles at this point.

I gave mine a crappy test today. Hauled about 5 yards of heavy composted horse manure for the garden. Everything worked great truck was nice and stable.

You have to remove the flanged outer steel sleeve that is part of the stock bushing

@ARCHIVE what length are the 1/2" mounting bolts? Are they 1/2"-13 or 1/2"-20?

Awesome setup! Have you taken any measurments to see how much travel was gained with the 3.0's / hammer hangar combo?

Without a shock relocation, the shocks are the limiting factor

I thought the 3.0's lower relocation added some travel? I'm sure it's nowhere near what you get from the Archive setup though. Was just curious what his gain were with that particular setup.

the top eye is lowered down out of the bucket because its a 3.0 and won't fit, so the lower eye isn't a gain on these particular shocks
