    Those are mag seat lugs.
    I don’t think the steel wheels use mag seat.

    Look at your current lugs on the steel wheels (not mags) and the bases should be 60 deg conical like these:

    Note this was a quick example and I have never used these as I have factory mags (alloys). The lugs for the mags/alloys can be used on my steel spare but temporarily as they have a slight short conical end just for that purpose but are NOT designed for long-term use on steel.

    Any Amazon ones you buy you must repaint before using or they with start rusting within a few months (been there done that) so spray a few coats of black satin Rustoleum on and let dry a few days so socket does not rip off. Also determine your lug wrench size as these say 19mm or 3/4 and my mags use 21mm especially if you ever plan on using the scissors jack and factory lug wrench.

    Thanks @muddog321 another stupid question but on the steel wheels do the center caps just pop off with a little force with a screwdriver or pry bar?

    They are typically held in place with a spring (that's the case with the aluminum ones on my truck and that retention method is pretty common, but double check yours). If you push from the back they should pop right off. If they are being stubborn you can get a screwdriver to pop the spring out.
