    1.04r, if doesn’t learn its bad habits again, I would be content with the way it is. Not that there isn’t room for improvement, but for me the difference between 1.04 and 1.04r is significant

    Well...after spending $800+ for the OVtune why am I having to go to a forum to get the flash manager versus getting it from OVtune website? Better yet why am I not getting a notification via email at a minimum for the product I purchased if upgrades are being made etc.....
    All of the info, upgrades, instructions for upgrades etc should be via the seller’s website. Not via a frikin forum. Ridiculous!

    Seriously you didn’t know what the protocol was before dropping $800 on it? This thread is almost 1200 pages long you must have read some of it before purchasing it right? If not then shame on you for blindly purchasing it and having expectations outside of how the process works.

    Seriously the protocol for buying it? Quite humorous. Blindly purchasing....hardly.
    Bottom line the info and the downloads etc should be via the OVtune site.
    Oh...and reading through 1200 threads to piecemeal at best to figure out ....the product and updates etc, etc....

    Edit:
    Matt addressed it since he understands....gets it.

    My suggestions were to help him and his customers. No doubt Matt gets bombarded with questions and worse via email. At that point he gets ‘owned’ dealing with all that email traffic. A big laborious, distraction for him.

    Per Matt:
    “The new flash manager and all new info isn't just going to be on the forum.
    I think a few posts ago I said Rafael and I are making a new help desk from our support portal.
    It will have all information, FaQ, links, flash manager and a way to add messages and ask for any help you need.

    Believe me I'm listening to suggestions I want everyone to be happy.
    And I also agree at the moment info is spread out and confusing. Which is why were making the help desk.”

    You must realize, this product is ~ a year old and at the time of this tune being released, Matt choose to use this as a platform for information. Since then, he has or is in the process of updating his studio and services. But, if you have an issue with that, why did you buy it in the first place?

    Really? That’s strange because I bought my product from his website, downloaded the instructions from his website....via a few emails directly to Matt, got the updated instructions to install etc. no problema with that.
    You can read through the treads and see many other experiencing the same issues in general.....bad platform via forum to upgrade etc a product and expect people to dig to find it versus keeping the product and info etc on his website. That’s pretty NORMAL for a business, seller etc.
