Would you agree that when the posters odometer reads 100,000 it should read 121,000? Now it reads 140 after really traveling 170.

    lol wut. "math logic".

That's the nice thing about math. The answer is the answer, whether or not you agree.

If you are running 35" tires than you travel 13.7% faster than what your speedometer reads. Looking at distance you traveled you should read 12% shorter trip.

Edit: To read 140 mile while traveling 170 mile means you are running a 36.2" tire.

Yes math logic results in one answer. Yours is wrong. Your math works 140 to 170 but not 170 to 140.

If two trucks with different sized tires, 30" and 35", are leaving the same time and traveled for 5 hours at the same speed without stopping, how many more miles with the truck with bigger tires travel?

Sorry but I am an accountant and as such, controls and presise comparisons are importeant to me. :D

How is the speed being measured?
By each truck's Speedo that has not been adjusted?
By a cop with a radar gun?
Are we to assume that both truck's speeds are measured correctly despite the change in tires?

Dang!! I think we just got right back to the question of why to correct the speedo when tire size changes. :annoyed:

Exactly, how is the speed measured. It could be assumed that the trucks traveled the speed by GPS, but it could also be assumed by the speedometer in each truck.
I know my stock speedometer and odometer is off already so, I think... Bigger Tires. That'll fix er right up.

For those of us who already got the dongle, can we get a peek at what the case looks like?

You save the stock tune first, just like any computer file. Later if you want you flash that stock one back just as if it were the ov tune

Does it operate like that from the factory? Or do you have a tune like what OVTune does?
