My 21 yr. old daughter was home for a few days while hurricane Florence was moving through. As there was nothing to do but sit around, we each got to take turns watching our favorite movies. While I was forced to endure a few chic flicks from the wife, two of my pics were Airplane and Blazing Saddles. My daughter watched both in sheer amazement (and horror) and demanded to know how people managed to make movies like this without entire cities being burned down from people being insulted (although she was laughing hysterically through them both). Just had to explain that people used to be able to laugh at themselves and not be so uptight. No matter what your race, color, or creed, at some point after every other group that you know has been made fun of, Airplane will come for you too.

If you haven't seen it lately, you should. It has aged well. Also a great thing to do while we all sit here hitting F5 waiting for 1.05 to drop.

Yes! That's what I did. Got my ovtune flash cabe and software activation yesterday. Now I'm waiting impatiently like the rest of you.

With the new TSB and stock tune only, the truck is much more enjoyable to drive. It still shifts a lot more than I’d like, but the shifts are smooth and predictable.
I’m anxiously awaiting either 1.04r or 1.05 to test, but I’m confident that if this TSB is incorporated into the latest tune the majority of us are going to be stoked!

The weird thing, is the TSB is for WOT complaints and mentions nothing about transmission, BUT Toyota definitely changed something and made driveability better. My service manager said he would have never installed this specific TSB if a customer complained about gear hunting. In fact, I’m the first truck they have done with this TSB.
**Make sure you complain about WOT cut out to your service advisor. **
