Thank you Mat @OVTune for all of your amazing work. Also thank you for temporarily postponing creation of 1.05 to create 1.04R for all of us that were updated to the recent TSB, when Toyota suddenly released it, so we could get back on your tune. Even though the TSB was an improvement over the stock tune, it wasn’t all that impressive. Having 1.04R available made my truck fun to drive again and prevented me from torching, driving into a wall or parking my truck in front of a fast moving train. I’m happy to have been on this tune since 1.02 and would not have wanted it any other way. Bring on 1.05!

 

Will we ever see each other again????????

 

At least for the next few days while we exclaim about how badass and frikkin awesome 1.05 is. And perhaps after that.

Also, where can I find 93 octane fun juice in the North Bay? Someone mail me 100 gallons please.

 

I just barely avoided being T-boned the other day, and I had to laugh that my initial reaction was disappointment that I could have had a chance to total out my AT and order a MT like I used to drive

We can talk about twin turbos and if shift learning is killed and vehicle taxes and how long does it take to get reg keys from Matt, speedo calibrations, how come I can’t do custom tunes with my handheld, dissect the word SOON, why I can’t fit 35s with 1.05 and then throw a couple pics of Hawaii in for good measure while the mods are sleeping.
....it’s gonna be just like old times.

No doubt the extra advance should result in a bit more HP/TQ which folks seem to care about...
