Same for me. Clunk gets worse with time. Gonna flash back to 04b40 until 1.05 release. Running 91 1.04r.

 

Agreed the clunk was in 1.04 for me too

 

I got the TSB first. It was much better, but the OV tune is much better.

 

Never mind, that’s completely different now

 

No clunk here. 1.04r 91. No clunk on 1.04 either.
I’m wondering if any 2WD have the clunk - could be a front driveline issue even though some swear it’s TC related.

 

Has anyone that uses dongle had their computer remove pcmflash? It's been awhile since i flashed 1.04 and i can't find the program. Windows defender has found it as a threat before and quarantines it but i could recover it..... not this time.

 

Not with 1.04R. It's transmission related.

 

If it's Windows 10 press start and simply start typing pcm

 

Do you still have flash manager? If so, can you download the flash tools? Have you tried the link from the instructions.

 

I have everything except pcmflash

I'm in the EXACT same boat... after driving to Denver and back today I'm about ready to take this POS to the dump, even with 1.04. Words cannot describe how much I regret getting this thing. PLEASE let 1.05 save it....

edit: by 'thing' I mean truck, not OVTune. I definitely appreciate all the work Mat is doing trying to turn a turd into... well, less of a turd.

I got an 18' Off Road in July as well and I'm on 04A60 so no TSB from the factory or dealer. I imagine you're in the same boat
