I'm not "OvTuned," nor have any interest in getting a tune, (ie. no horse in this race) but do want to throw some info out for you: I'm also in BC, and recently ordered a parcel which was shipped from Spokane, WA. Instead of simply "crossing the border," that parcel ended up going to the east coast of US, sitting in Canadian customs, and then back to me on the west coast. It took way longer than it should have, and the route made no sense to me, but it got here. The same may be happening with your parcel.

With that said, I do hear what you're mentioning about communication issues and not getting responses via official channels. Have ran into that many times with many different companies and know the feeling very well. Crappy place to be in.

I can definitely get the frustration that both you and Matt have expressed. You both have some points. I suggest you guys get on the phone, sort out the refund, cancel the PayPal dispute, and go about your merry ways.

Following this thread the last few days, it's becoming clear where 1.05 went. Mats too busy unbricking ECUs, reanswering questions about upgrade paths and dealing with customer service nightmares. Hopefully the new policies help free up his time.
