FYI, the TSB is really nice to drive.

 

I’ve been driving 1.04 with PC hooked up for about 3000mi. No problem with pedal response,no bad downshifts or anything. I think I got one of the good trucks.Shifts are really smooth. Stays locked in 5th too.

 

Have you tried the TSB? You should try if you haven’t. Go CAPS

 

Bricking had nothing to do with sharing files, but rather Dummies trying to load MT onto an AT and/or f’d up trying to push their own TSB.

 

TSB vs 1.05?

 

i did both in order... that is, TSB first followed by 1.05 full Otto 93 oct for MT. they are both awesome. the TSB was an important step but if you get it in 1.05's release it's just a matter of your patience. i would have been permanently content with the TSB. then i tried full Otto 93oct. read between those lines.

 

Not sure about MT, but I know that Ace is an Auto guy like myself.

I printed out the TSB and took it with me. Told them that my truck was doing exactly what TSB reads. They did update no prob and went ahead and did an oil change since I was there.

Yah, I was hoping he'd comment on the 1.05 he had....oh well, we'll wait and see when it's our time I guess.

Work at slow speed or highway speed? Casual or hard acceleration?

 

Anybody notice the page on OV Tuning reference the handheld tuner is missing on their site

 

Anybody notice how people on here are always making assumptions about things with no actual knowledge of what’s going on during a transition stage?
