Pretty sure it does. I just transferred my lease to my buddy who's gonna buy it out. I was like, "give ya a call when 1.05 comes out" lol

I think you could have gone either way.... if you have the dongle, you can license another install.

I didn't want to use my work laptop, so I just grabbed an old hard drive, installed Windows 7 on it, and keep that drive in the case along with my cable and dongle.

I love my surface. I purchased one like 4 years ago and use it all the time. It is a perfect option for tuning.

Installed 1.04 91 and yes, a marked improvement over stock - however, I still prefer the SSP shift pattern around town since the 30-45 mph range keeps the revs up far better than hovering around 1,100 rpm.

Maybe 1.05 91 will have me part with the SSP, but having the flexibility of basically multiple shift on the fly maps, it's hard to see myself abandoning it anytime soon.

    YMMV

I have the surface pro 4 compliments of my job. It really is great for tuning and it tucks away behind the passenger seat.

So 1.05 is still only available if you have the latest Toyota flash?

I think Matt prefers testers with the latest TSB, but 1.05 is only available to a select number that are testing and providing feedback.

I’ve been watching the development of this tune for quite a while. Thanks for the discount, order #3525 placed this morning. I’m really looking forward to better drivability out of my Tacoma.

Great news. Any updates on the handheld? Can’t wait to get it when it’s ready

Would sure like to save 10% on a handheld.... hint, hint, wink, wink. Moving from 1.04 to 1.05 would be easier without having to resurrect the dinosaur laptop.

So will it be possible for the autos with 4.30s to get speedo matches later or no?

You have stock tires or 32/33s? Cause if you have 32s and 4:30s your pretty much at the same Final ratio as stock. Shouldn't need a separate Tune.

Speed is measured at hub so it's the same regardless of gear size. Only need speedo matches with different tire size.

Can this adjust for aftermarket tire sizes or is it limited to stock or gear ratios?

I actually bought a hypertech unit thinking that my speedo was off after putting on 32" tires but then after a bunch of runs with a GPS I ended up setting the hypertech to 0 and it was right on so I didn't even need the hypertech unit with 32" tires in the first place. Test your speed with a GPS and see how far off it is.
