    ive Been in touch with him a bunch of times. 2 months ago I asked for 1.04. He responded with needing an ecu ID. I plugged in dongle and typed identification. I sent it to him 2 months ago. He sent files at that time but the files were for gearbox. (I accidentally told him gearbox identification). I caught the mistake and asked for different files under my correct Ecu ID 2 weeks ago. He hasn’t responded to emails since. His only response was “that wasn’t the correct ID he has on file”. No responses since that with me reaching out in different platforms.

    Yeah that is the problem. I feel he blacklisted me since I have him gearbox identification numbers instead of ecu identification numbers. So in his eyes...it sounds like I’m trying to get 2 different files.

    That is not the case and I’m trying to explain my situation but he isn’t responding.

    Mat asked for ecu ID in sept 18. (7 months after I already received proper tuning files for 1.03)

    I opened up laptop and clicked “identification” button not knowing I was on the gearbox p5 heading. Mat sent files for that gearbox heading and must have stored whatever info.

    When I went to tune truck a month later (wife’s old computer that I had to update flashmanager and delete other programs cause at 95 percent capacity), it kept saying unsuccessful.

    I reached out to mat, he said I have the wrong files and that my truck is listed under a different location. I sent him screen shots of gearbox and p5-ecu headings. Noting to him it was a mistake. I don’t even have an auto trans so he was confused on why I was under the gearbox drop down.

    Now he doesn’t respond to anything I send him email wise.

    I’m trying to clear it up. Was a simple mistake.

    I will also say the reason I choose gearbox drop down menu was because I have a manual trans. I thought gearbox was manual trans option and I thought p5 was for auto.

    Yeah my mistake but I dony think I should be blacklisted for it

    Yes In sept, nov...I sold my house, wife got a new job, was searching for new houses in a different city, bought a house in Madison, packed up old house, took care of all infractions from inspector, painted new house, I also got a new job, started training in a different city, researched daycare for my daughters......

    Sorry I didn’t have time to open up my old wife’s laptop at 95 percent capacity and download flashmabager along with getting new files to tune my truck. Just didn’t have time.

    I have not black listed anyone. But if it is not not in Support@ovtune.zendesk.com I am not seeing it. I still periodically check Orangevirus101@gmail.com but it's no longer our primary address. Hasn't been for months.

    Someone else on facebook also posted they have been waiting 13 days but where the heck are people sending their emails to? If you send it to support@ovtune.zendesk.com we get back to you much quicker than before.

    I will try thru support@zendesk.

    I haven’t done anything with Facebook. So that’s not me at all

    Calling people out for black listing you when you've been sending inquiries to an out of date email. With no apology. It's been on post number one for awhile now.

    How is it my fault when mat responds to my emails but doesn’t answer my questions in those emails?

    And btw...I have told mat how the mistake happened of why there is a different ecu number in the emails.

    Mat also asked for my email and wanted me to PM him a couple days back to resolve the issue. I gave him my email address in a PM. Mat didn’t respond to that PM. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to know he doesn’t check gmail often even though I was receiving responses from gmail?

    Nobody here needs to apologize for any mistake. Nobody has been blamed on any mistake neither. They just happen.

    All I’m asking for is files...to complete a service of a product I bought.

    Normally yes. But if someone isn't responding I also check with the company website/helpdesk to make sure I have the correct email.

    I've had chains with reps who get suddenly fired.
