Is that a dude with a skirt in his pocket, or a chick wearing half a skirt? Either way, sounds like someone’s having a good time!

does anyone know how to identify your Calibration using Carista? I've tried a couple of times and can't seem to find it.

Its good idea to read and save the OEM calibration. If you didn't, and flashed to 1.04R, Mat does send the OEM file along with 1.04R. I assume he will do the same with 1.05 as well via Flash Manager.

Tons of orders are out the door. Due to the amount of orders, there will be more going out after the 19th (on friday).

Our 1.05 transmission tune tester has put 500 + miles on his truck so far and has some very positive comments regarding it. I'm super excited to get 1.05 out to everything this weekend! happy holidays.

1.05 Standard will be released like this :
Standard tune > 87 octane, 91 octane, 93 octane. Without options (like gear lock, wheel size adjust, etc).

For people who would like an option added (for example gear lock) you'll need to submit the request for it via customized file form. We will have all of that info for you guys on how things will move forward from this release by the end of the week. (in regards to customization, logging for trucks that may need it, shift locking, etc)

Pending reg files and such from today will be sent tonight or tomorrow morning.

Flash Manager link, and all information that I am referring to above will be released via BLOG POST ON OUR SITE.

Regarding shift lock in S mode with ECT...
Will ECT function as normall in D mode..?
Then act as shift lock only in S mode with ECT...?

Was hoping Matt would confirm as I can't find that info anywhere.

Go to the very first page. He mentions it there.
"Automatic Transmission Option - S- ECT Gear Locking
    How does it work?
While in S mode, you press the ECU button which will activate Gear locking.....

Edit: I'm sure he meant "ECT" button as there is no "ECU" button lol :)

Ok but then does it act like ECT in drive when not in S mode...?
    That's the part I don't understand.
I mean do we lose ECT altogether except for shiflock in S mode...?

For those of us interested in shift locking and such options, will there be a FAQ or something defining the differences/ins and outs of the various options? I'm a N00B when it comes to vehicle stuff, don't want to have to spam the forum or your email unnecessarily to have someone explain things to me in crayon...

Also, in the recent blog post (on OVTuned.com) about the 1.05 changes, he states:

"- Shift Lock in S Mode
S Shift lock was covered in one of our previous blog posts and will be an optional add-on for 1.05. This allows you to lock the gears when you are in S mode and press the ECT button, disabling the trucks automatic downshifting and allowing you to full throttle the truck from nearly any RPM in any gear."

Seems pretty straight forward to me. And since this post was about changes, no mention of ECT in D mode means no changes to ECT in that mode.

Can those of us with the old dongle option install this then switch over to the handheld later when you deliver it?

People can keep assuming, or we can wait for Mat to answer with a simple yes or no himself.

    I'd suggest the latter...
