i was a bit confused as well. my understanding from Mat's posts is this is due to the calibration designation change (not keeping the same calibration name like 04B12), which he decided to make because table structure was altered so significantly. so that's more easily discoverable. therefore flash to stock before a dealer visit.

is this the reasoning? I'm just curious, also not concerned about warranty.

But as it has been mentioned, you can't flash back without killing any codes in general.... So if you want your dealer to see the code, then that is a problem. So you better have your story for the dealer. 'I disconnected the battery because i thought it was going to light on fire' or something...

Not trying to be a naysayer, but I don't think this has been thought thru fully to its conclusion yet....

1. Truck will need 25-30 miles to complete trimming cycle
2. Truck will need various drives / load / rpm to complete knock learning cycle(s)
3. Transmission shifts optimally when fully warmed up
4. I do not expect anyone will encounter any issues, as I have tested these extensively on my truck, but if you do, please let me know first
5. Do. Not. Use. 93. File. With. Anything. Lower. Than. 93.
6. You should have zero idle issues, surging idle, etc, lurching at lower rpm, etc. (throttle is very controllable) but if you do, tell me!
7. I would love to hear highway feedback, or feedback in general, via zendesk.
