Hey guys I remember reading about it but I’ll ask incase anyone knows before I email and waste Mats time.

TSS isn’t tuned. So when it adapts you to someone else’s speed it goes if Toyota’s old charts? Normal driving, normal cruise will be awesomeness?

Also... 91 tune, if you got bad gas, the truck would still retard itself due to the knock sensor and keep everything kosher right? Never messed with the 91 tunes till now and it was a question that came up here.

These members are delusional. Just because somebody shelled out $800 doesn’t mean that @OVTune needs to cater to their specific needs for the base tune.

I bought the tune. I’m happy with the 1.05 progress. There are a few SPECIFIC items that I will request in a SPECIAL tune request. 1.05 is a SOLID foundation for everyone to start from.

For all of you whiny folks who have very SPECIFIC complaints about the tune, WAIT for a CUSTOM tune request.

I’m about to start a gofundme page to reimburse you whiny, entitled fucks to go away for good.

Bitch bitch bitch. Never happy. You people drive me crazy.

I want my truck for everytime I brake rev up to 6000 rpm so when I let off the break I do burn outs. I'll just have to put in a tune request.

This isn't me being 'entitled' because I didn't get to test this, I've given feedback on a problem that a few people have noticed and commented on. He doesn't have to do anything about it, I've let him know that I think this ONE SPECIFIC PART OF HIS TUNE is sub par and he'll do what he wishes with that information. You're all acting like I've taken a shit on his work, it's one gear change motion I'm talking about...

Not sure why people are hating on others who are reporting less than 100%? As we know not everyone has experienced the same symptoms with this truck from the beginning. We all came to this thread for some reason or other, but bottom line we weren't happy. We felt like we were sold a less than finished product and as we have talked it out we have agreed that some things are more prevalent than others. So some may see things that aren't perfect on 105 that others may not see. That doesn't make them snowflakes or assholes. It makes their trucks more fucked up than yours. If you read the whole almost 1700 pages of this thread some people have small complaints some have big complaints even on stock. Mat asked for feedback good, bad or indifferent. Yeah if everyone says it's perfect he gets to have a great Christmas, but some people may not have as great an experience as you do and if it isn't better they should mention it. Mat may be able to fix it before it gets pushed out to the masses and has to be called a new release. We have been waiting months for 105 if it needs some tweaks I can wait a bit longer.

We’re not, we’re suggesting custom tuning route to tailor to his needs, it appears he feel that the 1-2 shift is an issue that needs a widespread fix, which isn’t the case. Ov has heard him, forum has heard his, he has an issue he isn’t happy and that’s fine, but I feel it should be settled through means of private messaging

I have a manual transmission. I'm sorry to hear that some with autos are unhappy but, from my experience with 1.04, I would suggest that you actually drive your damn trucks. You need to put some mileage and operating cycles on them before you make any judgement about the tune. My fear is that the full release of the tune will be delayed due to folks who flash, drive 2 miles and start bitching. Again, I would not put any stock whatsoever in anyone's review of 1.05 who has put less than one full tank worth of mileage on it. I especially wouldn't trust the word of anyone who doesn't even get the fucking thing up to operating temperature before they make up their minds.

It’s an electronic throttle, that could be the torque converter causing fluctuation of 300 rpms...

Sounds like there are some people having issues with 1.05. I'm glad I'm not having any issues. 1.05 is the best my truck has ever ran. Idle is smooth. Shifting through all gears is smooth. Low end power is much better. There's little to no hesitation when I stomp the gas. Truck holds gear when going up hills unless I stomp the gas of course. Truck is definitely more predictable now. I have about 100 miles on 1.05 (yesterday's release). Awesome job @OVTune!! I'm loving 1.05!!….. Happy Holidays!!

I’m lost. Is 1.05 out yet? The blog says it’s not but people seem to have it. Unless they are just testing?

Anyone tried the gear lock yet? That’s the only thing I’m waiting for. With my tire size and gears no amount of tune is going to fix the shifting.
