Now that I've had 1.05 93 since Thursday night And put some mileage on both 1.05 93 from initial release to the idle fixed version I'm leaving some feedback.

1.Shifting is very smooth for me once up to temp, while cold it's a little firm and also no more shift flare during the 2-3 shift. Can't comment on the downshift clunk as my truck has never had that issue.
2.Truck will get into the appropriate gear for what you're asking it to do as well as manipulate the TC more intelligently to achieve it.
3.Low end is much better, truck can maintain 60mph in 6th with the occasional downshift to 5th when going up medium grade hills. Also yes I've seen my truck in 6th gear when going 45+mph and sit around 1100 rpms and be able to not only maintain these speeds with ease but also accelerate with slightly more pedal input or maintain speed up slight grades this was truly something I enjoy seeing my truck be able to do now.
4.Overall truck is very responsive now, I can get in start it up put it in D and just go and finally be able to enjoy driving my truck both on and off-road.

Is anyone besides me waiting on 1.05 for their 2019 truck with 04B30, or am I the only one at the moment?

And if this is what some want they should either stay on 1.04r or go back to 1.04r and stop posting over and over. They post and Mat reply’s then they still not happy and keep going. Damn is this other guy from Canada also lol.
Mat keep your original plan and release 1.05 go enjoy the rest of your holiday with family and let everyone decide to either take chance and tune or wait until after you break. Then if those that want can e-mail or fill out form for custom tune.

Take your time @OVTune. Nobody is going to die if they don’t get 1.05 today

Thanks for the report. This is probably representative of 99% of 1.05 users. Unfortunately this will get burried with nit pickey complaints that focus only on a negative tiny aspect of the tune, and other irrelevant posts that take up Mat's time to reply and further delay release to all ECUs.

Don't know about that, my wife is starting to think OVTune is a hookers stage name as much as I'm checking my phone for the 1.05 drop for 04B02. LOL

Sorry I forgot to add that. It's the 91 octane map, and I run Costco 92 octane fuel. I updated my post too.

Are you on stock wheels/tires? I won't be able to get a video of this today. Might be able to tomorrow. Wondering if I should flash the updated 1.05 today and see if this issue disappears.

I'm running 275/70R16 tires. I'll be updating my truck with the newest 1.05 later as I felt the idle surge yesterday. I'll try and get a video later this week as I should give it some time to settle in. I'll be putting 80kms on it tomorrow, and each day Thursday through Saturday for work.

I could, but I don’t want to take the risk of screwing my ECU and needing mats help which will then pull him away from further 1.05 release development
