Yes I am. 1-2 shift in the updated 1.05 is better and tolerable. 4-5 is rapid and needs a bit of finese. Other than that, it's GOLD!

The shift from 1 to 2 is pure torque to get these heavy mid size trucks moving. I don’t see a problem with it, it helps the trucks momentum so you get better city mpg

Automatic trannies are a pain in the ass. So are automatic transmissions.

Mileage update on 105 91 octane. Medium heavy truck, winch sliders, shell, two arb awning(aka wind resistants), 265-75-16 steel rims and 3:91 gears.

    230 miles-17.23 gallons

    13.34 mpg

Lots of full throttle rips through the gears and probably 2 hours of idle time(work related) and several long hill climbs.

I would think mid 15’s with my set up on a road trip, loaded down.

When you get all your kit registration taken care you download the files via flash manager and it comes with all octanes and the stock tune

You can read the OEM tune (firmware) that is currently installed on your truck and save it to your computer if desired.

Yes. You will also have access to the stock tune through OVTune if all else fails.

That answers a question I had as well - when I finally was all registered, OVT emailed me the stock tune and 1.04 (87 & 91) files separately.

So for 1.05 and going forward, the new files are retrieved automatically when flash manager is run?

My truck has 35" tires, 4.88 gears, heavy everything and I'm still excited to get my kit and get the base 1.05 tune loaded. Anything has to be better than how it currently drives on the highway

We have an early revision of 1.05 and it was a pretty significant increase in low end power. Once Matt releases the final version, most of us will have it loaded in the first day or two and be putting it through it’s paces

Okay folks. 1.05 Base is officially finished and we will be sending it out and preparing for everyone to get their copy of it.

We've made some changes as we outlined before.
We've also made some changes to out EROM patch.

Finally, going into 2019 we have some big plans for the truck. (boost of course).
From June 2017 to now, we have made massive progress on this ECU, more than we have on any platform ever before.
Thank you everyone for being patient and understanding this was a process to get to this point.
It took a long time to get a complete concept of how exactly everything works, and what is necessary to fix it.
2019 is where the fun begins. :)
