No issues, kinda miss the 2nd 1.05 with the aggressive 1>2, but going to break this one in some more

Well I'm a newbie, and I'm just gonna wait until all of the folks who have been supporting Mat and his efforts for years get their upgrades. They really should be first in line. When things settle down in a few days, I'll order my kit, buy a cheapo RCA Cambio, and do my tune. When the next version comes out, OK maybe then I'll get a little impatient. But I've been driving the damn thing with it's crap tune for many months and I can survive another week or two of the bipolar slushbox (my favorite phrase ever in this thread) and get along fine. It is really a piece of crap, though, isn't it? I live at 6,000 feet and every morning I pull out of my garage onto snow and ice and the stupid thing jerks and jolts like a coked-up horse. Then I try to drive the long road from home to the highway for 4 miles and watch it downshift and upshift about 6 times. What idiocy. Thank you, Mat, for addressing this.

Didn't go to Hawaii this year. Puerto Rico, Grand Turk, St Maarten, St Kitts, Mexico, Honduras, and Belize.

    O and Grand Cayman

Still waiting on a video of someone doing something exciting with 1.05. Apparently everyone got tuned to goto the mall or pick up groceries :annoyed:

Mine's still getting ceramic coated by CeramicPRO so I'm just going to stare at the email and day dream. Got to let it sit for two weeks afterwards too. :annoyed:

I am visiting in Galena, IL and had to bring my laptop and Tactrix when I heard 1.05 was dropping this weekend. I drove up with 1.04R and have been driving around the later half of today with 1.05 and I am seriously impressed with how improved this tune is even compared to 1.04R. Hard to put into words but the truck is so much more responsive, which really highlighted by the hilly terrain. I’m sure on the drive back on highways is going to be much improved as well. I tested the gear locking with much success and also have had zero issues with 2>1 downshifting clunk. Interestingly after flashing my idle was super low and smooth that got rid of my rattling stock skid plate. Hope it doesn’t come back with time.

I don’t think I would have ever gotten rid of the truck if 1.04R was where things ended but 1.05 makes my truck 100% what it should have been when I bought it. If stock tune was all that I had now (no OVTune, no TSB) I would have dumped this truck by now.

Accelerating with moderate throttle, truck goes from 1>2>3>4 decides 4th isn’t the right gear drops to 3 then by time I’m at a decent speed it goes 3>4
